  • How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?

    Our team will gladly take all the notice you can give us but we ask for at least a 24 hour notice with a cut off time of noon the day before the order. 

  • Is there a cut off time for catering?

    Yes, noon on the prior day.

  • Do you offer individually boxed lunches?

    Yes! Our Individual boxes include sandwich choice, chips and bacon ranch dip and your cookie choice!

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes. Our catering teams will make deliveries within 30 miles of our store for lunch. Breakfast deliveries can be made within the city limits of Conway. 

  • Do you charge a delivery fee?

    Yes, deliveries within Conway city limits are $15 , and deliveries outside city limits are $25-$45 depending on distance.

  • What makes Cross Creek's catering process stand out?

    Our goal is to be your favorite caterer in central Arkansas. We have a dedicated team just for catering that. They will make the process as easy as possible for you whether you need a custom link you can send out to your guests and allow them to pick their meal choices or help customizing a menu- we are here to help! 

  • What is the earliest time a breakfast order can be ready?

    An order for pick up can be picked up at 7am. An order for delivery can be delivered by 7:30am.
