INGREDIENTS
Jalapeno tortillas (or whatever flavor you want!)
1-2 tbsp butter
Your favorite cheese (cheddar is a classic choice, while swiss is mild and extra melty)
First, cut your leftover quiche into bite-sized chunks.
Heat a skillet on medium high. Warm quiche pieces with a little butter.
Place warmed quiche in the center of a jalapeno tortilla.
Add your cheese, fold the wrap and return to the skillet. Cook until golden brown.
Pro tip: Don't put your butter on the skillet until you are ready to warm your quiche pieces. Butter burns easily when the skillet is hot!
